These Terms of Service govern the use of this website and the general provision of services by Artem Kornilovskyi, sole trader / OSVČ, professionally known as Nikolas Quemtri, operating under the studio brand NRQ’s Studio.
By using this website, submitting a quote request, or otherwise contacting NRQ’s Studio to enquire about services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
These website Terms are general in nature. Any project-specific details agreed separately in writing – including scope of work, timeline, payment terms, deliverables, and revision arrangements – form part of the individual service agreement for a particular project and take precedence where applicable.
1. Services
NRQ’s Studio provides custom remote audio services, which may include music production, full production, mixing, mastering, editing, vocal tuning, reamping, session instrument recording, transcription, stems or playback preparation, and other related studio work.
All services are provided on an individual project basis. Website content is intended to describe the general nature of the services offered and does not constitute a fixed or universal offer for every possible project.
2. Quote Requests and Project Acceptance
Submitting a contact form or quote request through this website does not automatically create a binding agreement. Each project is reviewed individually before acceptance.
Before work begins, NRQ’s Studio may request relevant materials such as demos, raw tracks, stems, notes, references, or other project information needed to assess the requested work, estimated timeline, technical requirements, and overall scope.
NRQ’s Studio reserves the right to decline a project if the material, workflow, communication, timeline, technical condition of the files, or any other relevant circumstance is not suitable.
3. Project Scope
The exact scope of work is defined individually for each project. This may include creative direction, technical preparation, file requirements, expected deliverables, turnaround expectations, and any project-specific limitations or special requests.
If the client decides to rewrite, re-record, replace, or significantly change source material, arrangement, production direction, or project requirements after work has started, such changes may require a revised quote, updated timeline, or separate approval before the additional work is carried out.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, reasonably organized and usable files,
and any materials necessary for the requested service.
The client is also responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right and authority to submit all provided
materials for processing, editing, production, mixing, mastering, or any other requested service.
Where relevant, the client should provide one or more reference tracks or examples that reflect the intended
direction, sound, or aesthetic of the project.
5. Communication
Clear written communication is considered the primary and preferred communication method for project work.
Email, written messages, shared documents, and similar text-based communication methods help keep the process
efficient, accurate, and transparent.
If live calls or other communication formats are requested, they may be discussed separately and are not assumed
to be included by default.
6. Feedback and Revisions
Feedback should be provided in a clear, consolidated, and practical form. When possible, revision notes should
identify the relevant file version and use timestamps, ranges, or precise references to the part of the song
or production in question.
Revision handling, turnaround expectations, and any limits on included revisions are defined individually for
each project and may vary depending on the service, complexity, and agreed workflow.
Broad changes in artistic direction, newly introduced production tasks, or major alterations outside the agreed
scope may be treated as additional work rather than standard revisions.
7. Inactive Projects
If there is no response or meaningful feedback from the client for an extended period after the latest project
communication, the project may be considered inactive or closed. Any reactivation after a long pause may require
a renewed timeline review, updated scope discussion, or additional scheduling.
8. Delivery
Final files and deliverables are supplied in the format agreed for the specific project. Depending on the service,
deliverables may include final audio files and, where separately agreed, additional versions such as instrumental,
unmastered, acapella, stems, playbacks, or other requested export formats.
Estimated turnaround times are provided individually and depend on the project scope, file readiness,
communication speed, revision workload, and current availability.
9. No Automatic Guarantee of Availability or Outcome
NRQ’s Studio makes reasonable efforts to provide professional audio work and clear communication.
However, no specific commercial, artistic, platform-related, or business outcome is guaranteed.
Acceptance of a project request depends on schedule, scope, technical feasibility, and mutual agreement.
10. Use of This Website
You may not use this website or its contact forms for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful purposes. NRQ’s Studio reserves the right to refuse communication or service in cases involving abuse, misleading information, suspected unauthorized material, or other inappropriate conduct.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NRQ’s Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related losses arising from the use of this website or the provision of services. Any liability related to a specific project shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question, unless otherwise required by law.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. The latest version published on this website applies to new enquiries and new service requests unless otherwise agreed in writing.
